ELITE FROST LIMITED (trading as DoorMarts) is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense, or you may opt for a refund of the product cost, less any shipping fees incurred by us.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipments)

6.1. For Customers in the UK and European Union (EU)

For orders shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom and the European Union, the prices displayed on our website (doormarts.co.uk) are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. You will not be charged additional VAT upon delivery for these orders.

6.2. For Customers in the United States (US), Canada (CA), and Australia (AU)

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Australia, while shipping is FREE, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including sales tax or GST), and other customs fees levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches your country.

These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. ELITE FROST LIMITED (trading as DoorMarts) has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order by local authorities.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Contact@doormarts.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund.

If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information has not updated for an unreasonable amount of time, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and take appropriate action.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they may be required for the investigation.
